HomeGoods wants your advice!

We have identified you as one of a select group of our
valued customers. Because of this, we would like to
invite you to join our Customer Advisory Panel.

The first step is a brief online application form that
should take less than 5 minutes to complete. We ask
that you respond quickly as we can only accept a limited
number of Panel Members. The deadline is September 30,
2006, but we may have to stop accepting applications
sooner if we receive enough before then.

After completing the application form, you may be invited
to participate in our online surveys. For each survey you
complete (not including the application form), we will
send you a $5 gift card that can be redeemed at any
HomeGoods store.
