I just tried it and it is working. Give it another try later.

By the way, after I filled out the initial questionnaire,
they said I didn't qualify...boo hoo And I have a DELL PC!! Go figure.

I got the same message when I signed up for the home user, so I entered my husband under the professional option, and it went thru!!!:happysmiley:

I use Dell and was rejected...they obviously want professionals.

I use Dell too and I was rejected. I was looking forward to telling them I love my computer but hate their customer service. I am not sure I would buy another Dell because of this.

Tried again and I registered as an IT professional. Even though I'm
retired from that career, I still consider myself part of it.
