Welcome to the Internet Surveys of American Opinion project.
This research project, based at the California Institute of Technology,
is focused on developing internet-based survey research methodologies.
The Principal Investigators of the project are Professors R. Michael Alvarez and Associate Professor Robert Sherman.
If you would like to participate in future Internet Surveys of American
Opinion, please begin by providing some information about yourself by
using our Respondent Information form. Once we have information about
you, we will email you in the future and ask that you return to our web
site to complete short surveys about your opinions on political, social,
and economic questions. Respondents who participate in our surveys in
many cases will receive some form of gratuity. Click here for more details about why you should participate.
All of the information you provide to us will be kept strictly confidential. Please read our statement on confidentiality if you want details about our policies.
