after filling out all the info, email, etc, installing it for my printer, it tells me i already printed the coupon.... i have not printed it....what a rip-off!!! is it a scam just to get email addresses??

It has done that to me on my printer at home, but not at work, so something is on my printer at home preventing the download for printing the coupon. But if I access the site at work, it works like a dream everytime, no matter how many I print. So maybe if you clear your cookies, or check your spybot type blockers you have that could cause a problem
