You can call 1.877.999.2949 pick the option for operator 10.
The woman I spoke with said this is the best way to signup as
they have to ask you questions about if you have kids, buying
habits etc.

If they ask whether you have a referral #, just say a friend
referred you but didn't give you a #.

For participating you get:
discount coupons
entries into sweepstakes
a debit card with $5.00 on it to start and up to $10.00 more per
quarter.

The lady thought there were other incentives but was not sure
what they are right now. You can ask when you call.

You can also try registering here and then wait for a confirmation
email. But calling is the better way to join.

Shop For Cash And Prizes With Shoppers Hotline

http://www.shwired.com/Home.aspx

Join Shoppers’ Hotline and earn cash and prizes by scanning the barcodes for items purchased on a weekly basis. This can be a bit of a pain (about an hour on a weekly basis), but if you’re looking for a way to earn a few hundred extra dollars per year (excluding non-cash prizes and awards), this may be for you. It’s free to join, completely confidential, AND rewarding!

I have been a member for about 9 months. I have a pre-loaded debit card from them that they periodically add money to. I am NOT getting rich, but make about the same as I do from some of the survey companies that pay a Dollar or Two. And there is always the chance of winning a prize.
