Hi there, we are looking for participants for NASA studies who would be interested in one of the following two studies:
Participants are needed for NASA Study on Prism Displaced Vision. The study is held at NASA-Ames Research Center Monday-Friday in the coming weeks. The study takes a little less than 2 hours, but we pay for the full two($20.60). The study is held outdoors on grass, so one should wear weather-appropriate clothing and shoes. The study requires that the participant have normal vision without
glasses(contacts are fine) as the participant will be wearing specialized goggles for the study. This study is very near completion and only needs a couple more participants before we can start our next project.
Our other, newer experiment involves visual adaptation. Participants will be asked to point with an unseen right hand to targets placed on screen. All participants must have normal vision, or vision corrected with contact lenses only. All participants should be right-handed. This experiment is extremely low-risk, and offers an opportunity for participants to learn about the visual system, and its adaptability to altered environments. The entire experiment takes about an hour.
All tests are approved by the NASA Human Research Institutional Review Board.
If you are interested, please contact Ryan Jordan at 650-604-5118 to
schedule a time. Please do call me, as emailing me and asking me to call you is a bit inefficient.
We pay 20.60 for the study, additionally, most people do enjoy the studies quite a bit and return often for our other studies we offer.
