We are seeking men and woman age 65 and over to attend a
two-hour focus group discussion about healthcare decision making
on October 10 in Scottsdale. Study participants must complete a
written assignment in the week prior to the discussion and bring it
with them to the discussion. You will receive $200 for completing
the written assignment and attending the discussion.

and schedule your attendance.
