OTIVO is recruiting SF Giants Season Ticket Holders for a Web Site Review.
Date: Tues Oct. 17, Weds Oct. 18, or Fri Oct. 19 during business hours.
Duration: 30 minutes (or 1-2 hours if you’re scheduled as a backup)
Location: Financial District in San Francisco
Time to complete this survey: less than 5 minutes
Payment if scheduled for web site review: $60 or $100
If you are available for 30 minutes or 2 hours on Tues Oct. 17, Weds Oct. 18, or Fri Oct. 19 during business hours in the Financial District of San Francisco, please answer the questions in this short survey. If you qualify then we will call and email you to schedule a time.
If selected to participate, you will be asked to sign a consent and confidentiality form, and you will receive the payment in cash at the conclusion of the session. The session will be video recorded. Your contact information will not be disclosed to anyone outside OTIVO.
