I think they taste good. I tried a package as part of one of my Bzz Campaign (see bzzagent.com). If you like yogurt, it tastes like a yogurt drink. I have only tried the peach, but I saw that it comes in other flavors too. It is a small bottle that you drink with meals that helps lower your cholesterol. So if you like yogurt and want to lower your cholesterol, it would be worth a try. I have a doctor's appointment for my annual and will see.
