Our goal is to make eBay a place that is easy to use and meets your needs.
Spend a few hours with us and tell us what you think of eBay. Your comments
will be translated directly into improvements, so your opinion really counts.
We are looking for all types of people: new and experienced eBay buyers and
sellers, PowerSellers, sellers who use tools such as Turbo Lister and
ChannelAdvisor, hobby sellers, business sellers-even people who have never
used eBay before. Invite your family and friends to sign up too!
To collect our information, we may:
Visit you in your home or office as part of our Visits program (http://pages.ebay.com/community/people/researchpanel/faq.html#)
Invite you to come into an eBay office to participate in a usability study (http://pages.ebay.com/community/people/researchpanel/faq.html#)
Ask you to complete an online surveyYou can choose which of these you prefer when you sign up (http://uer.qa.ebay.com/surveyengine/TakeSurvey.asp?SurveyID=34K383325o6KG).
Please provide as much information as possible (name and telephone number are required), since it helps us ask you better questions. We
will contact you by email or phone with more information about
upcoming studies. You may not hear from us right away, but don't
worry-you'll be on our list!
Your opinions, information, and advice are kept strictly confidential and
are used for research and design purposes only. For more information,
see our privacy policy (http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/privacy-policy.html).
Please note: Signing up for the User Experience Research Panel does
not guarantee participation in our research studies. When planning upcoming studies, we'll search our database for potential participants.
If you fit our criteria, we'll give you a call or send an email to schedule
a time that works for you.
