Fieldwork Seattle is conducting a Mock Jury project in Everett that
will begin around January 29th. The project would last up to
approximately 4 weeks. You would be required to attend sessions
daily, Monday through Friday, from approximately 9:00 a.m. to
5:00 p.m each day for the 4 weeks. The hours could change somewhat, but you will need to be available each weekday and for an additional
30 minutes by phone each evening on those days as well.
You would be paid a base pay of $125 per day for your participation,
which would be paid to you each Friday. There will also be a “completion bonus” of $50 per day paid at the end of the project.
It is important that you know that you must commit to completing the entire project once you are selected.
You will be required to attend a meeting on January 25th, which will
begin at 9:00 and will likely end around noon. You will be paid $50 for
your participation in this meeting. You will then receive a phone call
over the weekend to let you know whether or not you have been
selected for the research project. If you are not selected, you will be
paid an additional $75 for attending the meeting on the 25th.
