We are currently recruiting for a 30 minute paid telephone interview concerning medical conditions.
Compensation is $50. If interested, please reply with responses to the following questions:

A) Alzheimer's Disease
B) Cystic Fibrosis
C) Parkinson's Disease

3) Do you have any additional medical conditions for which you take prescription medications? If so, specify condition(s).
4) Is the patient with the above condition(s) covered by the Medicare standard prescription plan D?
