We’re an online advertising company seeking both casual and heavy internet users to participate in a focus group March 27-28. Participants
will be paid $30 for a 45 min one-on-one observation and discussion session focused on user experience and online advertising. To apply,
you must have a personal laptop with wireless access that you can bring to our offices (south of market near AT&T Park).
If interested, please fill out the following questionnaire via email (keep in mind there are no right answers - we're looking for a range of habits and opinions):
1. Your name, age, gender, email address and cell phone number
2. The operating system of your laptop (Mac or PC)
3. Which of the following times you are available: Thursday the 27th at 2:00, 3:30, or 5:00 PM; Friday the 28th at 11:00, 12:30 or 2:00
4. What are your general internet habits?
5. What social networking sites do you use, how long and how often do you visit them, and what do you do on them?
6. What online video sites do you visit, how long and how often do you visit them, and what kind of video do you watch?
7. What is your general opinion of online advertising? What do you think makes a good ad or a bad one?
