We are conducting a brief usability study in downtown San Francisco
on Monday, March 31 between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm and Tuesday,
April 1 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The study takes about an hour, and
you'll be paid $75 for your time.
We are looking for travelers who travel mostly for work and purchase flights from airline Web sites directly (e.g., Southwest Airlines, JetBlue, American Airlines, United Airlines, etc.).
