You can change your e-mail and password associated to your message board membership by going to "User CP" in the function bar at the top of the page and selecting "Edit Profile" in the list on the left. From ther the first option in the list is "Edit E-mail and Password."
Click on that, enter your current password and then your new password twice or your new e-mail twice, save changes and you're done!
