Hello,
Im looking for men and women between the ages of 25-44 to
participate in a market research telephone interview. The interviews
are being scheduled at your convience throughout all of next week,
the interview will take about 45 minutes and you will be paid $50 for
your time. If you have had or been diagnosed by a doctor with any
of the following you may qualify:
peripheral artery disease (PAD), peripheral vascular disease (PVD),
poor circulation in the legs, a mini-stroke or a TIA, a stroke, a heart attack, angioplasty, bypass surgery, a stent or angina.
If you are between the ages of 25-44 and have had or experienced
any of the conditions listed above, and would be interested in
participating in this telephone interview please email nicky@greatopinions.com (nicky@greatopinions.com) the following information:
