How much TV you watch per week
How you get your TV programming (for example, Basic Cable, Digital Cable, Satellite, etc.)
Your favorite games & game systems
How much time you spend playing video games

Compensation: Up to $300 cash paid to qualified participants upon completion of 2 and 1/2 hour study
