Microsoft Usability Survey $20 Amazon GC USA
We are looking for people to complete a survey that consists of rating the look-and-feel of a series of objects. This survey should take between 15 to 30 minutes of your time.

ALSO IMPORTANT: The survey will be open from Wednesday, May 28, 2008 until midnight on Monday, June 2, 2008. After that time you will not be able to access the survey.
As a token of our appreciation for the time you spend participating in our survey, you may opt to request a $20.00 Amazon gift card. Gift cards will be delivered via email and normally take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.
To be eligible for gratuity, you must complete the survey. You must also be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident with a valid Social Security Number. No SS# information will be collected in this survey, but we will contact participants to collect this information later as needed. In accordance with IRS regulations we are required to collect 1099 information (your address and social security number) if the suggested retail value of the gratuity items you receive exceeds $599 in a given calendar year.
