A9.com, a subsidiary of Amazon.com, is running a focus group, including buyers of HDTVs from Amazon.com. The focus group session is being organized on the evening of Wednesday, June 4 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. The session will take place in our A9.com offices in Palo Alto, CA.
TOPICS
We will be discussing the HDTV purchase and installation experience, and how Amazon can make the online purchase of HDTVs a more satisfying experience. We will discuss listings of HDTV installers on the Amazon website, and ask for your feedback on how service offerings on Amazon can be improved.
To thank you for your participation, focus group participants will receive
a $100 Amazon.com gift certificate good until Dec. 2008.
TO PARTICIPATE
You must:
- Be at least 21
- Have purchased a 40-inch or larger HDTV *from Amazon.com* in the past 12 months
- Provide proof-of-purchase of your HDTV when you attend the focus group session
