Overweight 8 to 12-year old girls are invited to participate in a research study. Travel expenses for the child and parent or guardian from anywhere in the United States or Canada will be covered. Participants will receive a $175.00 gift certificate for their time and effort. Participants will also have screening for diabetes and cholesterol at no charge.
