Telephone Survey for Meds-Some States Already Filled
Some states are already filled. It's a 50.00 telephone survey. I didn't answer the questions about my cell phone (I just entered unknown). Hope it works,
We are currently conducting a 30-minute telephone market research study with people 18-80+ years of age who have taken pain medication within the past 6 months (i.e., Avinza, Kadian, MS Contin, Morphine, Oxycontin, etc). If you would like to be considered for this telephone interview, you will first need to fill out the link below. After filling out the link, we will contact you via phone if we are able to book you for the telephone interview. Thank you for your cooperation and interest in Great Opinions studies, please be aware we have filled our quotas in NY, NJ, PA, IL and CA. If you live in one of these states, please do not fill out the survey. If you know of someone who qualifies in another state, please pass it along to them. Thank you.
