We at SurveyRx are conducting a survey with consumers to gain a better understanding of your perceptions and attitudes regarding beauty and cosmetic enhancements. In this study we will ask you to review a potential website concept. We cordially invite you to participate in this Internet-based research study. Your opinions and feedback are critical to the success of this research. Please be aware that all results are reported in aggregate, for research purposes only, in accordance with Council of American Survey Research Organization guidelines.
This survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete and for
your participation, you will receive 50 SIPs (SurveyRx Incentive Points,
