Dear Kashi Community Member,
We'd like to talk to you in person about food! We are conducting focus groups in your area the week of August 25th, 2008 and would love to include you. All you need to do is fill out the questionnaire, select the times that you can attend, and we'll send you an email letting you know if you've been selected.
Please fill out the questionnaire. If you qualify and participate, you'll be paid $125 for your time. We'll email you with a confirmation to let you know if you are accepted, and for which session.
* We are conducting a research project and we'd like your opinions! Would you be interested in participating in a focus group on Wednesday, August 27 for 2 hours? You would be compensated $125 for your time. (Select all the times you would be available to attend. The more times you are available, the more likely you'll be chosen to participate.)
