We're not allowed to use instant rice in Louisiana. The "Rice Police" will come get you! LOL One night when we were bringing our personal supplies into the Ronald McDonald House kitchen and this other mom said "You must be from Louisiana." John asked how she knew, and she said, ""Cause you brought a rice cooker with you!" LOL
