For the last couple of years we've been brining our turkey. . .a little involved but it nets a very moist and tasty bird.

I think we may either be traveling or hosting guests this year. . .that complicates the menu, so gotta wait to see what, exactly, we'll be doing, before I start menu planning.

10 lb bag of potatoes mashed
Cranberry sauce
home made bread
corn
gravy....store bought tuff.
Couple Bakers Square pies.

I haven't decided yet. Last year we had people over, but it was really hard on me being the first holiday without my mom, so this year it will probably be just us. Although, having a bunch here did take my mind off of her some. Definitely turkey and stuffing and my homemade rolls, but other than that I have no idea.
