I was here a few times, but didn't post.

Gayle, do you have a Carpal tunnel problem in your wrist, or had it looked at?

I have used a wrist support for that or put a small cloth under it to help.

I too have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome..I have to wear
A brace..I have had Cortisone shots in both
wrist`s as well as my elbow..take good care of yourself

xray didn't show any abnormal things. I have tried 2 different braces they don't seem to help. brushing teeth washing up etc seem to cause pain and can't wear the brace then. Just don't want it to get worse and not be able to do things that I need to do.
