Roasted Honey and Bacon Brussels Sprouts
I saw this in the Hormel newsletter today and it sounds so tasty and super easy! I cook my bacon in the oven too. Far less mess than on the stove!
Roasted Honey and Bacon Brussels Sprouts
Servings: This recipe is recommended for 10 servings - 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons stone-ground mustard
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 6 slices Hormel® Black Label® Bacon, chopped
- Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Instructions
Heat oven to 350°F.
On large baking sheet, toss together Brussels sprouts, mustard, butter, orange juice, honey, salt and pepper. Bake 40 minutes or until crisply-tender.
In skillet, cook bacon over medium heat 5 minutes or until browned and crisp; remove to paper towel to drain. Add to Brussels sprouts; toss to combine.
