Man who invented the internet sells cable channel to Arabs

Did ANYONE know Al Gore owned 20% of a cable channel (Current TV). The channel has reportedly been sold to the Emir of Qatar-funded Arab news channel Al-Jazeeera. For his 20% share, Gore supposedly netted $100 million. Al-Jazeera states it plans to kill Current TV and turn it into Al-Jazeera America.

Glen Beck offered to buy the channel, but was turned down. The new owner is excited to be able to broadcast Islam to America.

Only good thing IMHO is that Snore wasn't able to sell it before jan 1 tax increase.
