Sometimes I like Thanksgiving in the summer...
Thanksgiving in a pan
1 ¼ c.water or chicken broth
4 T. butter
4 c. Herb seasoned stuffing (I use Pepperidge Farm brand.)
2 c. chicken broth
2 c. chicken or turkey, cooked and chopped
¼ c. milk
¼ c. mayonnaise
¼ c. diced onions
4 oz. can mushrooms, sliced and drained
1 T. parsley flakes
1 tsp. sage
Add water or chicken broth and butter to a pot and bring to a boil. Turn off heat and stir in 4 c. herb seasoned stuffing. Spoon into a 11” x 7” casserole pan. Fold in chicken broth, chicken, milk, mayonnaise, mushrooms, onions and seasonings. Bake at 350° F. oven for 30 minutes.
