We go for the $4.99/$5.99 loss leader special. They are moist and tender and we get another one for the freezer at that price.

I used to go for Honeysuckle White, but they do seem to be among the higher priced choices. We usually brine our turkeys now and that allows us to use a lower priced choice and still come out with a flavorful, moist turkey.

Butterball or Jennie-O, whichever is on sale. The grocery store usually runs a good deal. Around 78 cents a pound with a $50 order, which is never problem for me. The brand never matters when I'm cooking the turkey in an oven bag. It's always moist and flavorful, never dry. I also think a main key is letting the turkey sit for awhile to maintain moisture. Don't cut it right out of the oven, that let's the juices out.
