What did you have for breakfast?

I get up at 5:30 and just can't eat that early so my breakfast is usually during my first break at work and since i don't drink coffee its diet pepsi

We had scrambled eggs,fried potatoes,grits and ham!!! Have yall tried the new Jimmy Dean scramble? It comes frozen. It has potatoes,peppers,onions and either sausage or ham. All you do is heat it up in a skillet and add your beaten eggs and cook like scrambled eggs. They are really good,easy and fast!! rockin

This morning I had coffee (with french vanilla creamer!) and some honey wheat pretzel rods. YUM!

Bowl of Special K, the same thing I have every morning and at lunch b/c I'm doing that Special K challenge thing.

This morning I had 2 cups of tea and then a bowl of wheaties with milk and then had a tic tac..
Not sure what I will have tomorrow..
Don't know if I could drink a soda in the mornings though...

High fiber cereal, no milk, with a cup of hot tea first thing, and then something good like a cookie or chocolate with coffee mid morning.

My all time favorite would be scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns and toast.
