It has been approved by the Human Subjects Committee of the Department of Psychology as Exempt from review, which means it is confidential and entails no more than minimal risk. It is open to those 18 years of age and older only.
Your responses are confidential. You will not be asked to give your name or other identifying information on the survey itself. You may, if you choose, provide your name in order to be entered into a drawing for $100 prize. If you provide your name it will never be linked with your responses, and results will be reported as aggregate data only.
