$350 Retirement Account Rollover Study

Do you have a 401(k) or 403(b) account at an old employer that's collecting dust? Have you been thinking about rolling it over to a
brokerage firm so you can start to manage it yourself? If so, you
might be eligible for this study.

Corporate Insight is a leading market research and competitive
intelligence firm that specializes in financial services industry research.

We are recruiting mystery shoppers that would like to roll over their retirement plan assets (i.e., 401k or 403b) to an IRA at one of several different brokerage firms.

For this project, we will evaluate the rollover procedures offered by
these firms:

Ameriprise Financial
Bank of America
Charles Schwab
E*TRADE Financial
Fidelity
Merrill Lynch
TD Ameritrade

If you'd like to participate in the study, please send an email to us
using the above email address.

Your email should state the name of the firm or firms you would like to
roll your money over to. Also, please state your age and the approximate value of the assets you plan to roll over (e.g., between $50-$60k).

Please note that if you have a preexisting relationship with one of these firms (i.e., you have another account there already) you CANNOT roll money over to that firm and participate in this project.

If we think we can use you, we'll ask you to come to our office in
midtown Manhattan. You will then initiate the rollover on the phone or
via the firm's website. You will let us monitor this process so that we
can assess the quality of the web experience and/or the competency
of customer service. All you need to do is to successfully complete the rollover and forward us copies of any email or documents you receive
from the firm over the course of the next two months. This helps us understand how firms communicate with new clients.

For doing this, we will pay you $350. We anticipate that your total time commitment for this project will be just 90 minutes.
