We conduct tobacco research studies in malls throughout the USA.
Our participants get compensated money for their time. The usual
types of studies involve trying tobacco products (hey--free cigarettes!) and giving your opinions of them. If you are an adult smoker age 21+
and would be interested in being put into our database for upcoming studies, please e-mail me at smoke@bellomyresearch.com . We DO NOT sell or give away your personal info but just use it to potentially match
you to an upcoming survey. Internet access is NOT needed for most of these studies.

If you use other tobacco products such as moist snuff, chewing tobacco, etc., please let me know what you use and your contact info and other info that I request below that pertains (such as age, e-mail address, etc.).

To be put in the database, this is the information that I need:
1. Your age (you must be 21 years+ to participate in our studies)
2. Usual Brand of Cigarettes
3. Any second brand of cigarettes that you smoke
4. Menthol or Non-Menthol
5. Filtered or Non-Filtered
6. Length: 85mm/king, 100mm, or 125mm
7. Style: full flavor, mild/mediums, lights/low tar, or ultra lights style
8. Your Name
9. Zip Code (this is so we know if there is an eligible study in your area)
10. E-Mail Address: (so we can contact you for an upcoming study)
11. Phone #: (So we can contact you for an upcoming study)
