We are conducting research and looking for M&W Ages 22-43.
This is an all day focus group on Aug 2nd from 9AM-3PM. So you
must have a flexible schedule. If you are chosen to participate you
will receive $300.00 for your input.

Please tell us what you activities you like to participate in. Do you play sports or exercise?
Please tell us how many times a week you play or exercise, and where
you participate in this activity. Home, Gym, Team etc.

Please tell us the following:
What type of beverages do you drink on a regular basis.
ie. Bottled water, sports drinks, juices, protein drinks or smoothies.

Please be sure to name the brands you use, and how often you use
these drinks.
