Eligibility: Clothes the Case Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and the District of Columbia) who are
at least six (6) years old at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations.
Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on February 22, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET"), and
ends on June 30, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). Administrator's computer is the official time keeping device for the Promotion.
5. How to Enter the Sweepstakes: During the Promotion Period, follow the links and instructions for entry. If you are thirteen (13) years of age or older, completely fill out the registration form. Complete and submit the registration including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. If you are under thirteen (13) years of age, you will only be required to enter your first name, email address and a parent's email address. Your registration will be accepted and approved only in compliance with COPPA. Upon submission, you automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
After registration, you will have the opportunity to gain one (1) additional Sweepstakes entry by answering three (3) trivia questions. Trivia questions do not need to be correctly answered in order to gain the additional Sweepstakes entry.
Limit: Participant may enter up to two (2) times during the Promotion Period.
Grand Prize Drawing: The selected winner must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all Sweepstakes requirements. Administrator, an independent judging organization, whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential winner are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes, will
randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winner from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period,
on or around July 1, 2008. The potential winner (or his/her parent or legal guardian if winner is an eligible minor in his/her state or residence) will be notified by mail, email or phone.
Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: $5,000 American Express gift card. Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV"): $5,000.
