The one to buy and the place to buy it
Don't write a lot of reviews but I had to on this one. 1, the most important, the unit does its job and then some. We have a very rectangular home and thought it may be hard to cool things down but no, every room stays cool. 2, easy setup. 3, easy operation. 4, very practical design, functions and utility (cup and tray top). 5, large but we put that out of our minds right away because we're staying cool (Yucca Valley California). 6, the cost, we knew we had to do so something regardless of the cost. We did our research on Sylvane had the lowest cost, cheapest shipping and we had it within 2 days. YES, I'd buy it again and again!
Worth it's money in gold!
I installed this fan in a window in my attic, which is about 1000 square feet. The fan performs amazingly! It's so powerful that is pulls in fresh air thru the windows downstairs. On hot days I run the fan all day and keep the doors and windows closed downstairs, resulting in cool temps all day. On cooler days, I run the fan and open the windows and doors downstairs and the fan keeps a nice steady flow of cool air all thru the house. I can't believe I suffered thru so many hot California days for so long. This fan is a very good investment and easy to install.

With this fan at least the inside temperature is the same as the outside. The great aspect is it's much cooler as opposed to no exhaust.
