If you are unsatisfied with your first purchase for any reason, you may request a refund after 30 days of delivery. To request a refund, please email support@resbiotic.com. We will process your refund using your original payment method. Depending on your account provider, processing your refund can take 7-10 business days.

If your supplement arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at support@resbiotic.com. Some factors, like shipping and handling, are outside our control, and issues like this can happen. Please include a photo of the broken/damaged item and your shipping address.
