Warranty and Exchanges
All Nimble products are covered up to 2 years after date of purchase (not including screen protectors). If a product is defective (not damaged due to normal use), simply return it and we’ll exchange it for a replacement. Return shipping is on us. Upon receipt of your defective item, Nimble will ship a replacement within 3-5 business days.
Authorized Retailer Purchases
If you purchased a Nimble product (not including screen protectors) from one of our amazing retail partners, it's still covered by our 2-Year Warranty! For any refund requests, please contact the retailer directly regarding their refund policy.
