Satisfaction Guarantee

At PUR, we want to delight you with the highest quality and delicious products.  If you are not 100% happy, please contact us within 6 hours of receipt of your product. Please email us at orders@purcoldpressed.com.  To ensure the best customer service, we request all questions be sent in writing and will always be responded via email.  Because the items are perishable and must remain cold, we cannot offer refunds and cannot accept returns of product.  JUICES ARE SHIPPED FROZEN and depending on the weather, they may still be frozen or just somewhat cold when they arrive, please rest assured they are fresh!! Just defrost in the refrigerator and enjoy.  

 

Damaged Product

Please provide us with a picture of the juices you received and what is wrong with the order (i.e. missing juice, wrong items, damage).  PLEASE note that we MUST receive photo evidence for any damaged items that need to be replaced. Because of the perishable nature of the juice, we must receive replacement requests within 6 hours of receipt of product in order to process.

For items damaged during shipping and if you have purchased Route Package Protection with your order, please submit a claim at www.claims.route.com for assistance.

If you have not purchased Route Package Protection and your package has been damaged during shipping by UPS, please contact them directly at 800-742-5877 or file a claim at www.ups.com for assistance.

Missing Items

At PUR Cold Pressed Juice, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality, best tasting product. If you are not 100% satisfied with your shipment, we want to know. We pride ourselves in our consistency and freshness of product, although we try to be perfect, sometimes mistakes may happen.

Our return policy is simple, provide us with a picture of the shipment you received, if there are missing juices, the shipment is damaged, or you received the wrong order we will need documentation in order to process a partial refund, provide in-store credit or send the missing items only.  Please email your proof to orders@purcoldpressed.com.  If it is in fact PUR's error, we will gladly provide a partial refund, in-store credit or send the missing items.

Flavor

We want you to love your juice! If you are not happy with the taste of your juice, we will be happy to provide a refund or in store credit towards your next order. We highly suggest you try our discovery kits which are one bottle of each juice before you choose many bottles of one flavor. Future orders cannot be replaced for flavor. We do not provide replacements for small amounts of juice.

Shipping Delays

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note because these items are food products and perishable, they CANNOT be returned for a refund.  

PUR ships items with UPS to arrive within our window of 3-4 days or overnight if chosen. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends (unless Saturday delivery is specified) or holidays. We do not ship orders past Thursday unless they are overnight because they will not arrive until the following week.  Orders outside of the continental US are available through shipping options provided at checkout.  The shipping cost for items outside of the continental US will show at checkout.  

IMPORTANT: If you order on Thursday via regular standard shipping, please note your order will be shipping on MONDAY.

Unfortunately, we cannot control shipping delays and cannot guarantee service as we are subject to UPS.  If there is a delay, please contact UPS directly at 800-742-5877 or at www.ups.com or Fedex for assistance.  For further assistance, please email us at orders@purcoldpressed.com.

Allergies
We do our best to always follow the best food practices to safely accommodate diet restrictions and food allergies. However, please keep in mind that all our juices are produced in a facility that processes tree nuts. We always recommend reviewing all ingredients and recipes that are listed for each juice on our website prior to purchasing any of our products. Due to the perishable nature, we cannot provide refunds for juices that you purchased and may be allergic to.
Please inform our staff ahead of your purchase for any substitutions you may need due to your dietary restrictions. We try our best to accommodate all but are limited to our original recipes and the ingredients added to each juice. As always ensure you are consulting with a doctor if you have prior health conditions before trying our juices.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will show at checkout.  Any offers available (free shipping etc.) will calculate at checkout.  Any shipping costs cannot be refunded once charged.  Additional fees are charged for specialty shipping, overnight shipping, guaranteed delivery, and for all orders outside of the continental US. 

Cancellations

Cancellation requests for shipment orders placed, need to be submitted to Customer Service right away. Please contact us at 855-787-3789 or preferably via email at orders@purcoldpressed.com to ensure we have received your request in writing and can provide the best customer service experience.  For urgent requests please contact us by 11am PST (1pm CST or 2pm EST) for any changes to your order before your order is shipped. Because all orders are perishable, if an order is processed, we will not be able to cancel the order.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS

Subscriptions cannot be cancelled until after the third order.  If you would like to modify your subscription, please text us at 855-787-3789 or email us at orders@purcoldpressed.com. Subscriptions cancelled early will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
