Return Policy
Full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.
Sale merchandise discounted 29% or less from MSRP can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.
Sale merchandise discounted between 30-39% from MSRP is eligible for an exchange only within 30 days of the delivery date.
Final Sale merchandise or items discounted 40% or more from MSRP cannot be returned or exchanged.
Elie Tahari offers a one-time price adjustment per order within 30 days of purchase. Final sale merchandise is not eligible for any price adjustment.
At this time, Elietahari.com only offers UPS return labels for domestic return addresses which we process at an $10 fee. The customer is required to pay shipping and taxes on return orders sent from outside the U.S.
Returns will be processed within 7-14 business days of receipt. Once processed, eligible merchandise credits can take up to 24 hours to be delivered.

You will receive a return confirmation email once your RMA has been submitted into our system. Once your order has been received and processed, we will send you an email confirmation.
Refunds and Credits will be applied to the original payment method provided or with an Elie Tahari Gift Card based on our Return Policy.
Refunds will be applied to your payment method within 3-5 business days after processing the return. Your bank may require additional time to post this transaction to your account. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles from the day you return your merchandise for your account to be credited.
