ORDER PROCESSING
All Custom Cover Orders
All of our covers are made-to-order, with the hand-crafted process starting the moment your order is finalized. It may take up to 10 business days for your cover to be produced and ready for shipment. In the event additional follow up is needed to finalize a special request, confirm specifications, or design a custom solution, that timeline may be extended. Once your cover is complete you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
In the event that you would like your cover produced on an expedited schedule, we offer a Rush Production Service at a cost of $49.99. This will expedite the production of your cover to 5 business days. Please note, the shipping timeline will not be impacted by the Rush Production Service. If your region is eligible for Rush Production, it will appear as an option during the Shipping Selection stage of checkout.
All Other Orders
All orders of non-custom, in-stock items ship within 2-3 business days. Once shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details providing you with an anticipated delivery date.
WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to all 48 contiguous states in the USA, and all provinces in Canada, and the United Kingdom. We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska or any of the Canadian Territories. Product availability may vary by country, so please ensure you are using our site in the correct locale (the menu located in the top left of your screen) to avoid any confusion.

SHIPPING COSTS
All orders containing a cover or whose total is more than $200 prior to shipping and taxes, are eligible for Free Standard Shipping. Delivery areas that sit outside of standard delivery zones are subject to a delivery charge and are not eligible for the Free Shipping promotion. If your zip or postal code is in one of these zones you will be quoted an accurate and final shipping cost during checkout. No additional shipping or service fees will be charged after your transaction is completed.
For orders less than $200 before taxes and shipping, the following shipping rates apply:

OVERSIZED ITEM CHARGES
Some larger covers are subject to additional charges due to their size and shipping requirements. These incremental charges are the result of our team having to use special carrier partners that can transport oversized goods. If your cover is impacted by this you will be notified during the cover design process and the charge will appear on your itemized order summary. No additional oversized or service fees will be charged after your transaction is completed.
SHIPPING PARTNERS
Due to the size of our custom cover products, your order is likely to ship with one of our LTL partners. LTL, or less than truckload, carriers will provide a tracking number but your shipment status may not update as frequently as a traditional carrier. We also require you include your phone number during the checkout process so that our carrier partners can contact you to provide you with the option of scheduling a delivery if you would prefer to be there when your cover is dropped off.
SHIPPING TIMELINES
All custom cover orders take 2-4 weeks to arrive at their destination after they have left our facility. All other orders should arrive within a week from leaving our warehouse, depending on the destination. For the most up to date and accurate estimate on delivery timing please consult the tracking link found in your shipping confirmation email.
DELIVERED TO YOUR DOOR
All orders are delivered to your front door. Our delivery drivers are not able to bring your order into your home or to the backyard. If your order is left in an area other than your primary entrance please reach out to our customer service team.
