Score linens for less in January

So says bargain-shopping expert Karen Hoxmeier. The beginning of each year is the traditional time for "white sales," which were started by retailer John Wanamaker in January 1878 to spur sales during a slow shopping time. Today, more than 100 years later, that tradition is still going strong, and you can expect to save up to 50% on linens, towels and bedding.
